Let Go

It is time to let go. It is time to let go of things that no longer serve you. It is time to let go of toxic people, it is time to let go of toxic environments, it is time to let go!

What prevents people from letting go? Could it be the fear of success? Maybe people are scared of being lonely? Or maybe it is the false comfort of attachment that causes unwillingness for us to let go.

Whatever the reason, holding onto things that are negative & toxic can and will hold you back from accomplishing the amazing things you want and deserve to.
One thing people seem to hold onto more often than not is a toxic relationship. This can be romantic relationships, friendships or even family relationships. People in your life are in your life for a reason, whether it's because you fell in love, you are related to them, or you bonded over something. It can be hard to move forward in your life without them, but if they are bringing negativity into your life, your projects or your environment, it may be time to distance yourself from them.

Toxic people can hold you back, but toxic habits can also stop you from achieving your goals. Negative habits can range from substance addiction to constant worrying to holding onto anger. And while they all seem very different, they can definitely all hold you back. When you realize that you have a toxic habit, you should start finding ways to rid yourself of them. It may not be easy and you may think that you have it under control, but toxic and negative habits have a way of developing suddenly, leading to quickly becoming burdensome.




Toxic environments can also hold us back from becoming successful. Toxic environments can be the neighborhood you live in, your job, your living situation or the places you hang out. If you want to be successful, you have to place yourself in the best possible situation available to you, and then some.


Letting go can be hard, but when you do let go of what no longer serves you, you open the door for new and better things to enter your life. There is a fear associated with loss and letting go. One way to conquer that fear is to tell yourself that you are open to new and exciting opportunities. Once you change your way of thinking it will be easier to realize the toxic things holding you back.

You deserve to be successful and happy. Do not allow toxic people, habits, and places hold you back from the joy of living. Let go of the things that no longer serve you and chase your dreams. You can accomplish your goals.
